Class suspensions for September 19 2014
With tropical storm “Mario” expected to bring heavy rains and with flash floods expected to come soon after, Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa has announced the suspension of classes for the entire Metro Manila. He made the announcement around 6:15 AM, as reported by Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Erwin Aguilon:
Prior to Ochoa’s announcement, local government units took it upon themselves to issue class suspensions for their respective jurisdictions, one of which is Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista.
