#WalangPasok – Class suspensions for November 13 2023
(LAST UPDATE, 11:00 PM)
Significant parts of the Philippines are expected to experience light to moderate rains and thunderstorms throughout the weekend because of the northeast monsoon or amihan and shear line.
This is according to the 4:00 PM public weather forecast issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). The weather bureau particularly mentioned that Northern and Central Luzon as well as Mindanao will experience inclement weather.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms because of shear line. Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.
In line with this, certain local government units might announce class suspensions for Monday, November 13. The Filipino Scribe will be updating this post when new information becomes available.
