#WalangPasok – Class suspensions for July 24 2017

President Rodrigo Duterte will deliver his second State of the Nation Address tomorrow, July 24 2017, at the House of Representatives in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. In anticipation of possible traffic jams because of the scheduled public protests and the stationing of thousands of police forces, the local government of Quezon City has last week announced the suspension of classes in all levels throughout the city.

Today, several universities in Metro Manila has decided to follow suit. The Filipino Scribe will be updating this post as new information becomes available:
