No new notifications on Facebook? The recent update for android users might be to blame
KUWAIT CITY – Users from all over the world are complaining regarding the recent update of Facebook App for android users Wednesday night. The update has apparently triggered a system bug, which caused the social networking site’s newsfeeds and individual notification features to malfunction.
An application update is necessary to provide better services to application users. Usually, the app makers provide an update to their application to correct/remove the bug.
The new update was believe to have a bug. A software bug is an error, flaw, failure, or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.
Users who haven’t downloaded yet the latest update for the Facebook for Android application are advised to turn off the Facebook auto-update from the Google Playstore while this system bug hasn’t been resolved.
