Lancris Residences makes it easier for Filipinos to have their dream condo
Having a house they fully own is certainly on top of the bucket list for most Filipino families. However, concerns about the huge cost of acquiring one precludes a lot of people from turning that dream into reality. Land Cris Somerset Development Corporation, one of the leading land development firms in the country, offers the public a realistic way of achieving that goal.
The company is stepping up its marketing efforts this February. Apart from offering huge discounts to their new tenants, it is also launching an intensive social media campaign with the help of selected bloggers.
Last February 21, the bloggers, upon the invitation of the company’s public relations officer Christian Aligo, were able to have a guided tour of the company’s latest project, Landcris Residences in Paranaque City. The ground-breaking for the property happened in 2013, and it will be ready for occupancy within the next few weeks.
Choosing Paranaque City as the project site is a rather bold move on the side of the land developers because it goes against the trend of building condominium units in highly-urbanized areas like the Makati Central Business District and the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.
According to Mr. Jigger Cunanan, Lancris Residences’ assistant vice president for marketing, the area’s location is actually one of its strongest points.
“You have to have a different mindset to appreciate this location. When you acquire one a unit with us, you get to live in a peaceful community. Check out condo units in other locations. They are in the middle of rowdy communities. Minsan, katabi pa ng mga kalsada. Here, residents will live in a peaceful and safe environment,” Cunanan said, pointing out that Makati, Taguig, and the exit point to Southern Luzon are all readily accessible from Lancris Residences.
The price of the units range from P1.1 to 1.3 million for studio units, P2.3 million for two-bedroom units, and P4.8 million for special three-bedroom units.
“We make sure we give our buyers what they pay for. Hindi namin sila dinadaya sa materyales,” Cunanan said.
“If you’ll be honest to your clients, you will still earn,” he explained, adding that it has been the tradition of their company over the years to put a prime on their relationship with clients. “In fact, a lot of our incoming tenants were referred to us by our existing residents,” Cunanan added.
“Some say our units are actually more like condo-subdivisions, not townhouses,” he said with a laugh. Below are photos of the living room and
To show gratitude, the management scheduled several activities for their incoming tenants that same Saturday – from having a festive motorcade and a dragon dance show in the morning (the Chinese New Year was celebrated just two days before) to a free movie screening by night.
