Lancris Residences to give P5000 discount for new unit reservations for February
Lancris Residences, a real estate project under the Land Cris Somerset Development Corporation, is stepping up its promotional efforts this love month.
The company is offering a P5000-discount and a limited edition Parker pen to families and individuals who’ll acquire a unit in Diamond and Garnet Towers in Sucat, Paranaque City within February. It is two of their four condo towers in the city, the other two being Emerald and Sapphire.
Interested parties can avail of these special offers simply by accomplishing the following requirements:
- Full payment of discounted reservation fee
- Photocopy of at least two (2) government-issued ID and proof of income (payslip or Certificate of Employment)
- Accomplished Reservation Application (RA) and Buyer’s Info Sheet (BIS)
“With Land Cris Somerset’s legacy project, it is now even easier to take up residence in an oasis of peace but still located in the heart of all the amenities and conveniences of urban living only Paranaque City could offer,” the company said in a press release.
The price of the units range from P1.1 to 1.3 million for studio units, P2.3 million for two-bedroom units, and P4.8 million for special three-bedroom units. The regular reservation fee is P20,000.
Buyers who were already able to settle the downpayment and closing fees (both are equivalent to 10% of the selling price) and other assessment fees can already move in.
The balance can be paid on a fixed monthly basis for up to 20 years. Lancris Residences accepts house financing through PAGIBIG as well as the following partner banks: Philippine National Bank, Allied Bank, and Metrobank.

Troy Tabara, Lancris Residences’ marketing supervisor and Mary Jane Vibar, the unit administrator, told selected bloggers during a recent tour of the property that Diamond Towers will be ready for occupancy beginning late February. In fact, they added that just a few units remain to be sold.
Though Paranaque City is not known to be a business center like its neighbor Makati and Taguig, it was nevertheless recognized last year as one of the Philippines’ “most economically dynamic city” by the National Competitiveness Council. The booming number of casinos, hotels, shopping, and leisure destinations in the city has been attributed for this success.
Land Cris Somerset was founded by its chairman Orlando Bongat with his wife Cristina Bongat during the 1980s. Its sister companies are Duraville Realty and Development Corp. and Durawood Construction and Lumber Supply.
