Jeremy Lin tells Manny Pacquiao: “Good luck sayo!”
In a video posted on his Facebook page Sunday morning (Manila time), Jeremy Lin of the Los Angeles Lakers wished Filipino boxing icon good luck for his coming fight against American Christopher Algieri.
At the end of the 10-second clip, Lin imitated Pacquiao’s antics in a TV ad for Foot Locker, which was released a few days ago.
In that commercial, Pacquiao can be seen in a rather jovial mood after being led to believe that his long-time nemesis Floyd Mayweather Jr. has finally agreed to fight him. Watch it here.
Apart from being fellow Asians, Pacquiao and Lin are both vocal about being born-again Christians. They’ve also been open about their admiration for one another since their Twitter exchange in early 2012.
